I am looking at ways to build my department's science program to increase rigor, relevance, and “soft-skills” of laboratory work that are applicable to any future career that involves equipment and technology. By joining the program, I hope to increase my own repertoire of knowledge and pedagogy to provide my students with an enhanced learning experience and engagement with their community.
