I have been teaching AP environmental science and high school biology in New York City for over twenty years. I devote a considerable amount of time learning and discussing soil, farming approaches, and corresponding environmental pros and cons involving food production, which are near and dear to my heart. I look forward to learning and teaching about the best practices in current farming.
